Brainerd anchors Minnesota's lakes country — a tourism and second-home economy around Gull Lake with a growing medical corridor.

Medical gas systems

Oxygen, medical air, vacuum, and nitrous oxide piping designed per NFPA 99-2024 — source equipment, zone valves, alarms, and terminal outlets with sizing calculations. ASSE 6010 installers and ASSE 6030 verification are coordinated so your system tests clean on the first inspection.

Exam & procedure room HVAC

Ventilation per ASHRAE 170 and the FGI Guidelines: pressure relationships, air change rates, filtration, and temperature/humidity ranges for exam rooms, procedure rooms, dental operatories, and isolation rooms. Quiet, comfortable spaces that pass health department plan review.

Healthcare electrical & backup power

Essential electrical systems per NFPA 70 Article 517 — critical, life safety, and equipment branch circuits, isolated power in wet procedure locations, and generator backup per NFPA 110 so your facility stays running when the grid goes down.
