Civil Stamping in Parkersburg, WV

Parkersburg's economy centers on chemical and plastics manufacturing — including the Washington Works complex across the river — at the Ohio and Little Kanawha confluence.

Civil sheets we stamp

Grading and drainage plans, stormwater management and SWPPP documentation, utility plans (water, sewer, storm), paving and roadway sections, fire-access and turnarounds, ADA site accessibility, and erosion control — every sheet reviewed against local public-works standards before sealing.

Where civil stamps get held up

Drainage that doesn't prove positive flow to an approved outfall, missing utility connection details, ADA slopes that miss 1:48, and SWPPP paperwork that doesn't match the erosion-control plan. These are the corrections that stall civil permits — our PE review closes them before the county ever sees the set.

What to send

Boundary and topographic survey, geotechnical report, the architect's site plan, and any agency correspondence (city, county, DOT, water district). Land-development timelines live and die on agency comments — sealed plans that anticipate them move faster. Backed by Apex Grid Engineering: 10+ PEs across 49 states.
